Weekly overseeing of changeovers - our property management team members check your property has been cleaned and preened to perfection, ready for you or your guests.
Property maintenance - a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician is available to undertake reactive maintenance work on your behalf and is available to undertake winter maintenance, if requested by you.
Emergency cover - outside our office hours we have an emergency line, so day or night there's a friendly voice at the end of the phone and a member of staff just moments away.
Fast response times - we live and work nearby, meaning that we can be at your property within minutes if you or your guests need us.
Coordination of third parties - as well as liaising with your chosen housekeeping and linen suppliers, we will also liaise with any of your preferred third party suppliers regarding access to your property and timings.
Health and safety - we can signpost you to the relevant competent professionals who can advise on compliance so that you can ensure that all of the correct health and safety boxes are ticked prior to holiday letting.
