Repeat Booking

To say thank you for staying with us, we would like to offer you the opportunity to re-book the same week in your chosen property next year, before we make it available online.

A property’s availability is subject to the owner’s reserved dates. Latitude50 offer the opportunity to re-book the same week in your chosen property for the following year (unfortunately we cannot offer priority re-booking on a different week or alternative property).

About you

We start to receive the following year’s availability and tariffs around the beginning of September. We will contact you as soon as we have heard from the owner of your chosen property.

This year we are trialling an earlier release of following year availability for a selection of our properties. We continue to offer clients the opportunity to re-book the same week in 2023 at the same property (before the weeks are released to the general public online). This will work as follows:

  • Holidays between January and March 2022 - we will be in touch in early April 2022 to offer rebooking.
  • Holidays between April and June 2022 - we will be in touch in early July 2022 to offer rebooking.
  • Holidays between July and August 2022 - we will be in touch in early September 2022 to offer rebooking (before the remainder of the 2023 is released).

Please return your repeat booking request within 10 days of your departure date. If we don’t receive your request within this timeframe, we will assume you don’t wish to re-book.

Once we have contacted you to offer you priority re-booking for your chosen week, the booking will need to be confirmed with a deposit payment within three days.
