A built-in brick barbecue positioned alongside the outdoor table provides the setting for holiday feasts. As night falls, head to the rattan seating area, swathe yourself in blankets and enjoy mugs of steaming hot chocolate as the stars light up the night's sky.

The master bedroom on the first floor flaunts a king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for your holiday essentials. A window seat offers a tranquil spot to curl up and take in the views across the farmland below. Bedroom two and three offer twin beds conveniently positioned on the ground floor. In bedroom two, prop yourself up on a mountain of pillows in the super-king bed and slowly wake to the idyllic sound of birds tweeting from the apple tree outside.

- Bedroom two has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), built-in wardrobe, dressing table, garden views, hairdryer and en-suite with shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom three has twin beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and garden views.

Accessibility
There is off-road parking directly outside on gravel and two small steps up to the front door. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area, games room, family bathroom, utility and bedrooms two and three are located on the ground floor. There is one step down from the kitchen into the games room. The garden can be accessed from the games room or conservatory with one small step into the garden. The second living area and master bedroom are on the first floor.
