Coined from the Cornish term for 'sea view', Gwel Mor boasts far reaching views across the countryside and out towards the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. This impressive, whitewashed family home occupies a tranquil location alongside lush green pastures in the sleepy Cornish hamlet of Trelights.
To the back of the house, a sweeping lawn stretches up to the swimming pool at the far end of the garden. Here you can play croquet, splash around in the pool and make forever memories in the garden without a care in the world. A sheltered patio provides the setting for al fresco dining and here you can fire up the barbecue or recline on the sun loungers with a good book.
Inside, a vast, farmhouse-style kitchen, complete with slate floor, double Belfast-sink, and large island, provides everything you could need for holiday meal preparation. The kitchen leads into the sunny dining room, where a long statement dining table sits alongside floor to ceiling glass, making the most of the view across the garden. Throw open the door to the patio and let the soft breeze flow in.
When weary legs need resting after a day of coastal adventures, choose from the cosy snug or spacious living room. With calming coastal tones, plush blue sofas and a crackling log burner, the living room provides the ultimate space for family games, movie nights and general rest and relaxation. With a large TV also allocated in the snug, there will be no arguing over the remote!
As night falls, sleepy souls can choose from one of five blissful bedrooms. Here, you can enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep and wake to the sound of the birds in the trees outside. Upstairs, each bedroom boasts countryside views, and you can glimpse the ocean in the distance from the front bedrooms. Those who choose bedroom two will discover their very own private balcony where the day can be started with morning coffee with a view.
Gwel Mor allows families to experience the best of Cornish coast and countryside. With its central location between Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock, you can get your fill of beach days, surf and pub lunches. On days where you don't feel like reaching for the car keys, there is everything you need to keep the whole family entertained within the grounds of Gwel Mor.

- Bedroom three has a super-king bed (zip and link to make twins), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV, countryside/partial sea views and en-suite shower room with access to balcony with table and chairs.
- Bedroom four has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), cot, chest of drawers, Smart TV and garden views.
- Bedroom five has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanging hooks, Smart TV and countyside views.

- Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, grill, full height fridge, separate fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules) and Smart TV.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing close to the entrance to the property. There are two steps and a door lip up to both the front door and the side door. There is one step from the dining room out to the patio and four steps from the patio up to the garden. The garden can also be accessed avoiding the steps, via a path on hard standing. All living spaces, a WC and bedroom five are located on the ground floor.
