Description
Finished in soft pink and crisp grey, Spindrift is the ultimate home for a family holiday beside the sea. Set back from the main road that runs down through the village, you come and go with ease. A quiet lane accessed from the pretty garden gate, offers safe passage to the beach which can be reached in just minutes.
Beautiful in blue, the brand-new kitchen makes holiday meal preparation a pleasure. Flooded with natural light, the dining room opens out to the sun deck so you can enjoy the best of inside-outside living. Here you can take in the views across the garden and out to sea. Recline on the window seat with a good book in the generously sized living room or sink into the plush corner sofa to enjoy a family favourite film.
After a day in the surf, tumble into one of four blissful bedrooms. Finished in powder blue, bedroom two offers pretty garden views from the sash windows. A shower room on the ground floor is conveniently located next to the bedrooms. Upstairs, discover the dreamy master bedroom where a sumptuous bed sits below a slanted roof. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the sea and get ready for the day in the stylish en-suite.
At Spindrift you are treated to the most generous of gardens. A glossy green hedge provides shelter for meals al fresco together around the large dining table. A Cornish palm sways in the breeze which carries a delicate fragrance from the pink roses that line the garden. Enjoy a Cornish tipple or two from the sun deck which is perfectly positioned to ensure you have a front row seat to the famous Polzeath sunsets.

- Bedroom one (master) has a slanted roof, king-sized bed, wardrobe, armchairs, sea views and en-suite with bath and shower attachment, sink and WC.
- Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and garden views.

Accessibility
There are two parking spaces outside the front door on hard standing and two behind the garage. To access the front door, there is a very small step and a door lip. All rooms are on the ground floor except the master bedroom with en-suite. The garden can be accessed from the front door or through the door in the dining room that leads onto the sun deck. There are steps down to the lawn.
