Inside, the open-plan living space is flooded with natural daylight and two vast picture windows perfectly frame the view across the Atlantic. A striking kitchen complete with port hole window sits alongside. Navy-blue units meet accents of burnt orange, creating a stylish environment to prepare holiday feasts. A breakfast bar provides the perfect spot to plan the day of coastal adventures.
Discover a warm and bright sunroom to the back of the property. Open the doors to the balcony, snuggle up with a good book and let the soft sea breeze flow in. When the Cornish sunshine is calling, head outdoors to the sheltered garden. Peppered with palm trees, deep pink hydrangeas and pampas grass, a soft lawn stretches out and provides a safe place for children and furry friends to play. Accessibility
There is a gravel driveway with parking for two cars directly outside the property. There is one step from the porch into the open plan living area. The kitchen, living and dining area, family bathroom, bedrooms three and four and the sun room are all located on the first floor. There is a large threshold from the sun room onto the balcony and a step from the sun room onto the patio in the back garden. Head down a flight of stairs to the ground floor, where bedrooms one, two and the utility room are located.
