Zeath at the Park

Whisk your nearest and dearest away for an indulgent out of season break at the exclusive Zeath at the Park development. We round up why these super-stylish beach houses are the ultimate choice for a family getaway by the sea.

A stone's throw from the beach

Idyllically positioned within a sheltered valley, Zeath at the Park (Trevone, Daymer, Harlyn, Porth and Brea) is just a two-minute stroll from the golden sands of Polzeath Beach. Here, enjoy being set back from the hustle and bustle of central Polzeath but still be only minutes from the sandy beaches and surf. With everything Polzeath has to offer within easy reach, you won’t even need to reach for the car keys.

Surf in and surf out

All that’s separating you from the beach is a beautiful scenic footpath that winds along the coastline to the golden sands of Polzeath. Start the day with a fresh coffee on the deck before grabbing your surfboard and heading to the beach for some fun amongst the waves. With your own heated outdoor shower and wetsuit rail, you can easily pop back for a quick shower before a day of family beach activities.

Striking design

Greeted by a well-appointed fusion of warm wood, expansive glass and clean lines, each property is beautifully finished to make holiday life a breeze. Inside, the sprawling open-plan social spaces are tastefully decorated with coastal flourishes and provide plenty of room for the family to spread out. Throw open the floor-to-ceiling Bi-fold doors to the sun terrace and enjoy dining together al fresco.

Uninterrupted night's sleep

As night falls, three blissful bedrooms provide the setting for a restful slumber. The master bedroom features a double bed with doors opening out onto the sun terrace and a spa-like en-suite. The second bedroom can be made as a twin or configured as a super-king and the third stylish bedroom has a bunks, where children will delight in choosing either the double on the bottom, or the single on top.

Heading to the coast with your four-legged friend

Dogs playing on Rock beach, North Cornwall

With a dog in tow, it's more fun for both parties and dog-friendly Trevone, Daymer, Harlyn and Porth all welcome two dogs in each. With a network of coastal paths and beautiful beaches all within easy walking distance, you will never run out of lovely walks to do together. Brea is the only property within the development to not allow dogs, making it a great choice for those looking for a pet-free option.

Looking for accommodation for a larger group?

All five properties at Zeath at the Park have the same changeover and can be booked together to sleep up to 35 guests. Detached and conveniently located all within walking distance of each other, they offer the perfect solution for larger groups looking to spread out, whilst still being close to one another.
