1 Menague is the perfect coastal bolthole for couples and small families who want to enjoy all that Rock and the surrounding area have to offer.

1 Menague benefits from a tranquil position just off the Rock Road, right next to the footpath that leads you down past the St Enodoc Golf Course and onto Rock Beach.

At 1 Menague you can enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the busier areas while being close enough to all that Rock has to offer. Situated down a quiet lane, just off the main road than runs through Rock, you’re well located to explore the local area. Children will love the nearby playing field and children's play area.

If you fancy a scenic stroll, walk down the pretty footpath that borders the famous St Enodoc Golf Course and onto the golden sands of Rock Beach. Alternatively, jump in the car and you’ll be on the north coast in minutes, looking out at the Atlantic Ocean. Explore the beach and dunes at Daymer Bay, which can be accessed at low tide from Rock Beach; at high tide, it’s only a five-minute drive away.

On the north coast, you’ll find the popular surfing village of Polzeath. Here, you can hire wetsuits and surfboards and go out on your own or take lessons from one of the many surf schools based on Polzeath Beach. If you’d rather stay dry, sample the local ice cream or have lunch looking out at the ocean.

For cosy nights in, why not pop to the local deli, fishmongers or butchers to pick up some delicious local produce for dinner? If you’d prefer to eat out, head up the road to the popular fish and chip shop or treat yourself to a meal at the renowned Dining Room restaurant. For your holiday essentials, Rock Nursery Store is also close by.
