Nestled in a picture-perfect setting on the banks of the Camel Estuary, Badger Cottage sits within the grounds of the tranquil Cant Farm estate.

Badger Cottage is nestled between towering alpines and acres of landscaped gardens sloping down to meet the waters of the Camel Estuary.

Badger Cottage occupies a prime position within the heart of the countryside on a beautiful private estate. Nestled on the banks of the Camel Estuary, Cant Farm offers unrivalled views and a truly tranquil location for a relaxing holiday.

Set within several acres of grounds, there is plenty to do and see at Cant Farm. Start a holiday tennis tournament, walk in the leafy woodland and fields or enjoy a picnic on the soft lawn that slopes down to the water. The possibilities are endless.

While you can enjoy the very best of the Cornish countryside, you are also only a five-minute drive away from Rock with its golden, sandy beach. Enjoy a classic family beach day bathing in the calm waters, exploring the sand dunes and playing games on the wide expanse of sand. The lesser-known Porthilly Cove is also close by with its tranquil sands, waterside church and gallery.

How about lunch with a view at one of the fantastic restaurants in Rock? Sample the local ale and Cornish cuisine on the balcony at the Rock Inn or Paul Ainsworth's restaurant, The Mariners. For a special occasion book a table at The Dining Room, which has a fantastic reputation for high-quality cuisine. Alternatively, catch the ferry over to Padstow and sample Rick Stein's fish and chips or treat yourself to a meal at The Seafood Restaurant.

If you like to get out on the water, there’s plenty to do on your doorstep. Just a five-minute drive away is the Rock Sailing and Water-Ski Club. From the pontoon at Rock you can book fishing trips and sea life safaris, which are great ways to explore the coastline. The famous surfing beach at Polzeath is only a ten-minute drive away and here you can hire wetsuits and boards and take lessons with the local surf schools.
