A sweeping driveway lined with colourful blooms and grand black lampposts leads you to the doors of Carrek House. Inside, you will feel right at home with the warm ambience coupled with a calming coastal colour palette. The sunny kitchen boasts a stylish central island, charming farmhouse table and deep grey range. Here, enjoy an indulgent breakfast together whilst hatching the day’s adventures. Alongside, a convenient pantry provides a wonderful store for your holiday treats and local produce.
Down the corridor, a large open plan living and dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. Throw open the doors to the toasty conservatory and enjoy family ping pong tournaments or games of table football. As the sky darkens, retire in front of the roaring open fire, whilst those musically inclined, tinkle on the piano. A separate snug with log burner offers the perfect refuge for movie marathons snuggled under blankets.
The outside spaces at Carrek House have been thoughtfully landscaped, with a large lawn to the front that sweeps around to the back of the property. An impressive circular flower bed takes centre stage, bursting with coloured roses and Dahlias in the summer months. Lounge on the sunny patio with a cold drink in hand or gather around the chunky feature tables for a holiday feast al fresco. The large garden is the perfect playground for little ones who will love playing games amongst the lawn whilst the adults watch on in comfort.
Pad up the impressive staircase that sits under a grand chandelier and step out to a sunny balcony overlooking the garden. Here, unwind with a good novel and let the sound of birds form your holiday soundtrack. When eyelids grow heavy, retreat to one of five softly carpeted bedrooms. Those who choose bedrooms one and two will discover spa-like en-suites. Relax amongst the bubbles in the roll top bath and tumble into soft white linens for an uninterrupted night’s sleep.

Accessibility
There is ample parking directly outside the entrance on hard standing and one step up to the front door. The kitchen, living room, snug, utility, bedroom five, WC and conservatory are all located on the ground floor. From the ground floor there is a step down from all external doors to the garden. Bedrooms one to four and the family bathroom are located up a flight of stairs, on the first floor. There is a large threshold from the hallway on the first floor to the balcony.
