Pick up local treats from the delis and farm shops and prepare holiday feasts on the Rangemaster, taking centre stage in the kitchen. A chunky wooden dining table sits upon a labyrinth of slate flagstones providing the setting for a family meal overlooking the garden.
Outside, a statement table sits on a generous patio, a stylish backdrop for al fresco dining. The patio melts into the soft green grass bordered by white hydrangeas, providing a sheltered spot for soaking up the Cornish sunshine. A wildflower patch comes alive with colourful blooms in the spring and summer months and a bubbling hot tub sits alongside, perfectly positioned to watch the sun melt into the ocean beyond.
As night falls, choose from three blissful bedrooms. The romantic master bedroom is finished in a symphony of white with blush accents. Boasting a king-size bed and an en-suite with spa-like walk in shower, you will enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep here. Two further bedrooms with zip and link beds provide flexible accommodation and a family bathroom provides the setting for long soaks amongst the bubbles.

- Bedroom three has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), chest of drawers, dressing table, hanging hooks and hair dryer.

- Well equipped kitchen with Rangemaster oven, induction hob, microwave, full height fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Sage Nespresso coffee machine (please bring standard Nespresso capsules).
- Washing machine and tumble drier in utility cupboard.
- Family bathroom on ground floor with separate shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility
Parking is on hard standing at the property. There is a large lip from the garden through the front door into the dining room. There is a small step up to the kitchen from the dining room and the hallway. The dining area, bedrooms and kitchen are all located on the ground floor. There is a flight of narrow, steep stairs up to the living area situated on the mezzanine level. The mezzanine has a glass balustrade. There is also a small lip from the living area onto the balcony.
