This delightful property caters effortlessly for families and small groups alike, welcoming up to six guests across three blissful bedrooms. Feeling adventurous? Follow the nearby footpath to Porthilly Cove, an off-the-beaten-track beach worth visiting. At low tide, you can follow the cove round to the well-trodden sands of Rock Beach, a more familiar spot for many.
In the summer months, slide open the living room doors to reveal a secure garden, complete with slate patio and outdoor furniture; the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Here, you can share food and laughter with loved ones, as you watch the children play and let the sun set slowly beyond.
On cooler days, take advantage of the living room’s cosy fireplace, as you snuggle down to enjoy a movie marathon or a good book. Pip's Cottage boasts a light and bright kitchen-dining area, so you’ll be able to enjoy family feasts come rain or shine.
After a busy day exploring the rugged North Cornish coast, let the sea air work its magic and lull you into a peaceful sleep. Take your pick from one of three comfortable bedrooms, adorned with soothing coastal blues and soft pastel pinks.

- Bedroom one (master) has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside tables and hairdryer.
- Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.
- Bedroom three has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

- Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, combination integrated microwave, undercounter fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules).
- Living room with Smart TV and access to the garden via patio doors.

Accessibility
Parking is on hard standing directly outside of the property. There are two steps up to the front door. The property is all on one level and there is one step down from the living area via the patio doors to the garden.
