Radoon's position on the Rock Road, coupled with its impressive design and large social spaces, makes it one of the most premier holiday houses in Rock.

Radoon is located on the Rock Road and set back down a short driveway within a large landscaped garden.

Radoon is ideally located off the main road running through Rock. Here, you are set back enough to enjoy a peaceful holiday but within easy access of everything Rock has to offer.

From Radoon you can easily access Rock Beach for a family beach day out or the secluded Porthilly Cove for a tranquil walk. Alternatively, walk along from Rock Beach to the beautiful Daymer Bay, or along the coast path to the lesser-known Greenaway Beach and on to Polzeath.

Based within walking distance of Rock's restaurants, you won't need to worry about whose turn it is to drive. Head up the hill to enjoy fine dining at The Dining Room, or down to sample local ale from the balcony at Nathan Outlaw's pub The Mariners. You can also enjoy a lovely meal out at The Upper Deck and Four Boys Café.

If you're looking for an active holiday, you will be spoilt for choice. The St Enodoc Golf Course is within walking distance, with two fantastic courses to choose from. Just down the hill is the Rock Sailing and Water Ski Club, which offers lessons. You can also take to the water on a Wavehunters sea safari, boarding at the pontoon. The surf at Polzeath beach is just a ten-minute drive away, with a variety of surf schools for those still learning or looking to brush up their technique.

Walk to the beach

Fancy dipping your toes in the water? Simply turn right at the end of the driveway and take a five-minute walk down to Rock Beach. If you catch the tide right, you can even venture around to Daymer Bay on the sand. The secluded Porthilly Cove (known for its oysters and mussels) is also a five-minute walk away.
