Waverley can be let in conjunction with Driftwood (two-bedrooms), Hideaway (three-bedrooms), and Seaview Penthouse (three-bedrooms) located on the second floor.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing to the front of Waverley. To access Waverley, you can either use the communal lift that services all four apartments in the building or go up one flight of stairs. Inside, all the rooms are on one floor with no internal steps.
