Downstairs, a cosy fifth bedroom flaunts bespoke built-in bunk beds, a playful hideaway for children or the young at heart.
The interiors draw on the natural palette of the landscape. Coastal blues, sandy tones, and flashes of coral weave through the rooms, layered with sumptuous fabrics, patterned headboards, and whimsical frills. The sitting room is a joyful sanctuary, where rich textures and jewel tones create a snug corner to watch the boats glide by, warmed by the flicker of the wood burner. Panelled walls, warm wooden floors, and huge grey flagstones anchor the home’s charm, while the carefully curated furnishings add elegance and ease.
Step outside onto the patio, where chunky wooden furniture is perfectly placed for coffee under the morning sun or an Aperol Spritz at dusk, as the sky blazes pink and gold. Breathe in the sea-salted air, listen to the gentle lapping of the waves, and feel utterly at ease as paddleboarders drift across the estuary and the tide ebbs and flows.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, estuary views, wardrobe, chair and en-suite with freestanding bath, rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king zip and link bed (can be made up as twins if requested), estuary views, wardrobe and chair.
- Bedroom three has twin beds, estuary views and wardrobe.
- Bedroom four has a king-size bed, estuary views, wardrobe, chair and en-suite with rainfall shower and separate hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom five has bunk beds, chest of drawers and desk.

- Well-equipped kitchen with Aga oven, electric hob, American-style fridge freezer, microwave, two dishwashers, kettle and toaster.
- Living room with Smart TV, bar with drinks fridge, books and games.
- Log burner (starter pack of logs provided).

Accessibility
There are two parking spaces directly outside on hard standing with two small steps up to the front door. On the ground floor you will find the social spaces, a shower room and bedroom five. The remaining four bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor.
