Little Lynam is in a tranquil setting close to the secluded Porthilly Cove and the beautiful village of Rock. From here, it's just a minute's walk down the public footpath that runs alongside the property, to the beach at Porthilly.

Inside, make the most of the spacious open-plan lounge and dining area. Sit around the dining table for a lazy breakfast as the trees sway outside and morning light streams in through the sash windows. After a day on the beach, relax on the comfy sofas with a bottle of wine and a book. If you've been on the foodie trail, the kitchen at Little Lynam is well equipped for home cooking with delicious local produce.

Little Lynam has three bedrooms, each with sash windows overlooking the countryside. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views across the Camel Estuary towards Padstow.

Take in the fresh air and really settle into your holiday as you explore Little Lynam's surrounding grounds. There is a shared lawned area to the side of the house and a croquet lawn for shared use with Lynam guests; the perfect place to take in the stunning views.

For larger groups, Little Lynam can be combined with its sister property Lynam to sleep a total of 12 guests. The two properties are connected by a lockable, interconnecting door. If both properties are occupied at the same time it is possible that some noise can be heard from the next door property.

Accessibility


Parking for Little Lynam is on hard standing directly outside the property. Access is via the utility room which has a WC and separate shower room. From the utility room there are two steps down in to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. All bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor.
