In summer months, open these up to let the soft breeze flow in. Start the day with a fresh coffee at the marble topped breakfast bar. The upstairs bedrooms sit under high vaulted ceilings creating a light and spacious atmosphere. Choose from a plush super-king or a large family room (complete with luxuriously indulgent 5750 spring mattresses) that provides flexible accommodation for your party. After a day out on the water, luxuriate in one of the spa-like en-suites belonging to bedrooms one and two or choose the family bathroom for a rejuvenating soak amongst the bubbles.

Accessibility
Parking is directly outside the property on gravel. There is one step up into the front door. The kitchen, dining area, utility room, lounge, WC and bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom's three and four, snug and the family bathroom are located on the first floor. There are three steps down from the dining area to the lawn.
