The source of many magical and mystical local tales, Morvoren takes is name from 'Mermaid' in Cornish. Here, families (and canine companions) can escape to a world of swoonsome coastal interiors and plush exteriors. This tranquil bolthole is nestled in the heart of Rock within easy reach of calm estuary waters, golden, sandy beaches and rolling green fairways.
Immaculately presented, Morvoren’s striking exterior is a melodic fusion of Canadian cedar cladding, crisp white lines and modular steel-grey framed windows. Inside, the property is laid out over one floor. With two living areas to choose from, they’ll be plenty of space for the family to spread out. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee snuggled amongst the chic grey and emerald green soft furnishings in the intimate living room or tip toe down the corridor to discover the light and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Holiday meal preparation will be a delight in the contemporary kitchen, complete with sumptuous navy units, warm wooden worktops and a stylish breakfast bar. A statement dining table sits alongside with views out to the garden. Here, an iconic steam-bent Tom Raffield pendant is suspended gracefully from the high ceiling, providing the ultimate setting for entertaining.
On sunny days, open up the large sliding doors and enjoy the best of inside-outside living as the sea-salted breeze blows in. A soft lawn stretches out from the patio, delightfully interspersed with maroon-leafed acers, citrus yellow mimosa and fragrant bay trees. As the little ones and four-legged friends play, unwind in the egg chair with a glass of something chilled, and relish in some much-deserved rest and relaxation.
As darkness falls, retire to one of the four sumptuous bedrooms. All beautifully decorated in soft coastal hues, three of the four bedrooms feature plush, king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, perfectly sized for both children and adults. Enjoy some post-beach pampering in the spa-like en-suites belonging to bedrooms one and two, or head to the family bathroom to relax amongst the bubbles after a day in the surf.
Morvoren can be let in conjunction with The Rookery next door. Together they sleep up to 18 guests.

- Bedroom two has a king-sized bed, hanging hooks, chest of drawers and en-suite with walk-in rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom three has a king-sized bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers, chair and sliding door to garden.
- Bedroom four has two sets of fitted, full-length bunk beds with safety bar, chest of drawers, Smart TV and Xbox.

- Well-equipped kitchen with double oven, electric hob, full-height fridge, full-height freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and Sage coffee machine (please bring beans).
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Accessibility
The parking is on a gravel driveway directly outside the property. There are three steps up to the front door and one step from the parking area to the front lawn. Inside, the accommodation is all on one level.
