A utopia in central Rock; Little Moiety and Moiety Cross boast acres of sprawling meadows (and tennis court) alongside the rolling fairways of the St Enodoc Golf Course. These breathtaking, dog-friendly retreats can be separately or together, perfect for family holidays and special occasions.

Those through the doors of these unique homes can enjoy the best of coast and countryside. With the St Enodoc Golf Course next-door, you can enjoy a scenic amble across the fairways to the golden sands of Daymer Bay or to the labyrinth of sand dunes at Rock Beach.

Shared facilities

Guests at both Little Moiety and Moiety Cross have access to the tennis court which is encased by grassy meadows dotted with sculptural tree stumps. A pavilion building located beside the tennis courts boasts with two showers, a WC and hand basin (plus tennis racquets).

Home to an abundance of local wildlife, children will love spotting the resident rabbits and catching a glimpse of Fantastic Mr Fox. Four-legged friends can be exercised with ease with acres to explore. Fragrant rosemary spills from the walls above the amphitheatre-style firepit, and here, the whole family can gather and toast s'mores under the starry night sky.

Little Moiety (sleeps 16, two dogs welcome)

Cocooned by flower beds spilling with beautiful blooms and mature trees, Little Moiety offers those through the doors total tranquillity and luxury. The sublime modern design contrasts to the traditional beauty of Moiety Cross - both properties offering something for all tastes.

Not at all little by nature, Little Moiety sleeps a total of 16 guests across six blissful bedrooms boasting super-king beds and indulgent linens. Children will love the bunk room and parents can supervise from the comfort of the spacious double bedroom next-door. Spa like en-suites and family bathrooms provide stylish spaces for holiday pampering.

Inside, a glass circular lift is your chariot to the light filled social spaces on the top floor, or the cosy snug on the ground floor. The sprawling and sumptuous living spaces are sure to please every generation. The long, statement dining table provides the setting for elegant feasts or indulgent breakfasts. When you couldn't possibly manage another bite, tumble into the delightfully squishy sofa in the adjacent living room. Children can tinkle on the piano or head up to the mezzanine for a game of table tennis. On cool winter evenings, gather in the downstairs snug, popcorn in hand, for a family movie marathon or a holiday pool tournament.

Moiety Cross (sleeps 12, two dogs welcome)

With an elegant slate façade and vast social spaces, Moiety Cross is bursting with history and character. Inside, discover roaring log fires, a secret door and plenty of nooks for quiet moments. In summer months, enjoy the warm ambience of the two lounges where sunlight streams though the sash windows. A vast kitchen complete with breakfast bar and hot plate, provides the setting for morning coffees and holiday feast preparation.

When tiredness reigns, pick a wing and pad up one of two staircases leading to six blissful bedrooms. The elegant master bedrooms boasts a superking bed, triple aspect windows and a spa-like open en-suite. Children will love discovering the secret bookcase door and servant bells.

Outside, smooth slate flagstones wrap around the front of the house and provide the setting for sunbathing and al fresco dining. A statement glass dining table sits on top of a twisted tree stump and is encased with curved wooden benches. To the back of the property, chunky slate furniture surrounds a pretty pond and here, you can enjoy a tranquil moment with your favourite novel.
