Wooden steps lead down the centre of the garden, making it easy to come and go. A large sun deck wraps around the front of the house, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, a balcony provides yet another breathtaking vantage point across the ocean towards Stepper Point. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the spacious master bedroom complete with an en-suite. Nestled between the upstairs bedrooms, discover a cosy snug, the perfect place to curl up with a good book or for a movie marathon.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, wardrobe, sea views, access to the balcony and an en-suite with bath, shower, double hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, sea views and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom three has a twin beds (a single and trundle bed), fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom four twin beds (can be pushed together to make super-king on request), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom five has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sea views.
- Bedroom six has a super-king bed, wardrobe, sea views, cot and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
Inside
- Well-equipped kitchen with Rangemaster double oven, electric hob, grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Sage coffee machine (please bring ground coffee).
- Utility room with sink, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate wet room.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing alongside the main entrance to the house and six steps down to the front door. Inside, there is a step down from the kitchen into the conservatory. There are two steps down from the conservatory to the sun terrace. Bedrooms four, five and six are located on the ground floor. There are wooden steps down through the garden leading to the gate that opens onto the South West Coast Path.
