From Kerenza you can pad down the flight of wooden steps that wind down to the shared soft green lawn complete with fragrant Buddleia, picnic benches and resident wild rabbits. Here you can while away sunny afternoons with a good book or indulge in some garden games. A rustic wooded path leads from here down to the bottom of the valley where you can hop across the road to the beach.
Inside, you are greeted by the brand-new kitchen finished in soft white and brushed brass. Enjoy views across the beach as you make the day's first cup of tea (made easy with the hot tap). Gather round the dining table for a holiday breakfast and plan the day's adventures.
Head down the corridor to the sunny living area finished in a calming grey with brass flourishes. Here, a plush velvet corner sofa provides the ultimate spot for resting limbs post-surf. Sunlight streams through the large bay window, and here, you can curl up on the sofa that overlooks the lush green valley down to the beach.
Slip into sweet dreams within the calming tones of Kerenza's king-size bedroom. Here the teal feature wall is reminiscent of the colour of the Atlantic Ocean and crisp white sheets meet a soft grey headboard. A second, small but perfectly formed bedroom has bunk beds and is finished with a striking contrast of black with florals. The spa-like shower room located alongside, boasts elegant tiling and an indulgent rainfall shower head.

- Bedroom two has a set of bunk beds (suitable for children and teenagers), hanging rail and chest of drawers in the hallway located opposite.

Accessibility
You are able to park and unload suitcases outside the property on hard standing. There is one step up to the front door. Inside everything is located on one level with no steps. There are two flights of wooden steps down to the communal garden. The footpath down to the beach is fairly steep and uneven in places.
