As eyelids grow heavy, pad up the carpeted staircase to choose from three dreamy bedrooms. From the two double bedrooms, enjoy glimpse of the sparking ocean. A vast twin bedroom is perfect for children and friends, who will love the large TV and PlayStation. A stylish family bathroom located alongside the bedrooms, provides a relaxing space for a long bubble bath. Accessibility
Penmorcom has two parking spaces. The first space is directly outside the property on hard standing. There are steps from this parking space to the sun deck. The property is accessed from the back door. The second space is located behind the property 50 yards up Westray lane (please note this lane is uneven so please drive slowly). To access the property from the lane, there are two flights of stairs to reach the door. Inside, on the ground floor there is a utility and wet room, WC and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a step out to the sun deck. All three bedrooms and the family bathroom are located upstairs on the first floor.
