Seabreeze is in an enviable position close to the beach and South West Coast Path, within easy walking distance of everything Polzeath has to offer.

Nestled within the heart of Polzeath, Seabreeze is set away from busy roads and just moments from the beach itself. Here you can enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of central Polzeath but still be only minutes from the sandy beaches and surf.

At Seabreeze, all that’s separating you from the beach is a beautiful scenic footpath hugging the coastline and winding along to the golden sands of Polzeath. There you'll find perfect surfing conditions, as well as a range of excellent surf schools where you can hire kit and take lessons. Start the day off with a hearty breakfast at the nearby TJ's Café, a popular choice for surfers.

If you prefer a more tranquil beach setting, the secluded Baby Bay is close by and makes a great spot to settle down for a barbecue and to watch the sunset. To the other side of Polzeath Beach is the coast path leading to Greenaway, Daymer Bay and onto Rock.

The house is just a ten-minute drive away from the beautiful estuary village of Rock, with its long sandy beaches and extensive sand dunes to explore. Rock has a range of quality restaurants including The Dining Room and Paul Ainsworth's pub, The Mariners.

From Seabreeze, you can easily access all the amenities you could need on your holiday, meaning the car keys can stay behind. If you need to pick up holiday essentials, you’re within walking distance of Spar in Polzeath. The village also has an array of restaurants, cafés and independent shops to explore.

Walk to the beach

It’s only two minutes from doorstep to sand: just head out of the door, up the coastal path and down the steps to the beach. This coast path also leads onto New Polzeath, Pentire Head, The Rumps and beyond.

Seabreeze really fitted the needs of my family. The contemporary style, fresh feel and stunning location made it the perfect place to say - great for families with young children who take everything but the kitchen sink to the beach! It’s stunning and perfect location to Polzeath’s stunning beach and local shops, bars and restaurants. Its open layout, spacious living area and lovely outdoor seating area where we ate al fresco each evening whilst catching the early evening sun. Could not have asked for more. Perfect in every way.
