As its name suggests, Seaview stands on the front row of Tristram Cliffs above Polzeath Beach, commanding far-reaching views across the ocean.

Seaview occupies a commanding position, perched high above Polzeath Beach with uninterrupted sea views.

Seaview is nestled within a quiet area of Tristram Cliffs. Here, all that stands between you and the beach are the green fields of Tristram campsite and the South West Coast Path.

At Seaview you are only moments away from all that Polzeath has to offer, meaning you can enjoy a beach day out while the comforts of home are within easy reach. Polzeath has a fantastic selection of shops where you can pick up all your holiday essentials.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from without having to travel far. The Cracking Crab sits just below the house and has a large outdoor area from which you can enjoy your meal. Up the hill is the Oystercatcher, which is a great spot to enjoy evening drinks. You can also head across the beach to Surfside for some fresh lobster or steak.

If you enjoy surfing, Seaview is the ideal property. Here, there's no need to check the surf report: you can simply look out of the window and be in the surf in minutes. There is selection of quality surf schools based on the beach, where you can hire equipment and take a lesson. But never fear if the breeze drops; on a calm day, you can try your hand at paddle boarding instead.

The popular estuary village of Rock is just a ten-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy the long sandy beach and extensive sand dunes, or catch the ferry across to Padstow.
