Description
Bursting with character and all the little luxuries, The Barn is sure to capture the hearts of couples, friends and small families looking to escape to the North Cornish coast. Inside, textured white walls meet heated slate flagstones and from the stylish open plan living space, a spiral staircase sweeps up to two blissful bedrooms.
Start your day with a relaxing dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool, just a stone's throw from The Barn. The smell of fresh coffee will entice you back to the kitchen where you can gather around the chunky wooden dining table and plan the day's adventures. The sleek kitchen provides all you need to make yourself feel at home and nearby farm shops will ensure you eat like kings.
After a day stomping the famous South West Coastal Path, you can sink into the corner sofa, throw a few logs on the fire, and enjoy a local tipple or two. As eyelids grow heavy, two dreamy bedrooms await. The master comes complete with a spa like en-suite and bedroom two boasts a wicker hanging chair, perfect for curling up with a good book.
The generous outside spaces at The Barn include two lush green lawns to the front and back as well as two slate patios. Enjoy the sheltered back garden where a large parasol provides shade from the summer sun and a barbecue is ready and waiting for family feasts around the statement dining table. Rosemary and lavender spill from the flower beds and the relaxing scent hangs in the soft breeze.
The Barn can be let in conjunction with The Tractor Shed, a one bedroom studio next-door.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, wardrobe, rocking chair, doors to steps leading to garden and en-suite with shower over bath, sink and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king bed (zip and link to make twin beds), hanging chair, built-in wardrobe with drawers and dressing table.

- Well equipped kitchen with Neff oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Magimix coffee machine (please bring capsules), toaster and kettle.
- Log burner (starter pack of logs provided).

Accessibility
Parking is on a gravelled area alongside The Barn. There is one step up to the front door. There are three steps down to access the back door. The layout on the ground floor is open plan with no steps. Both bedrooms and shower room are located on the first floor via a spiral staircase.
