Designed with the surf in mind, a vast wet room complete with two rainfall showers will welcome you home from the beach. Here, you can shower off the sand and salt and hang wetsuits up to dry ready for more fun-filled days on or in the water. With the beach and the South West Coastal Path just moments away, you can spend days discovering hidden coves, soaring clifftops and rolling sand dunes, without having to reach for the car keys.
The spacious living room complete with a large window, roaring log fire and Sky TV, provides the perfect spot to recline post-surf. A cosy snug next door with a second TV and Nintendo Wii will be popular with the younger members of the party (and prevent any arguments over the remote)! The kitchen, finished in soft powder blue, has everything you need to make yourself at home. Enjoy delicious breakfasts and holiday suppers around the long table that sits alongside the kitchen or open the doors to the balcony and dine al fresco.
Choose from five blissful bedrooms offering double, twin or bunk beds. A lofty master bedroom occupies a private spot in the opposite end of the house. Here, you can throw open the doors to the Juliet balcony and let the soft sea breeze flow in. A second double bedroom opens out to the patio complete with stylish wooden furniture. Gaze out over the soft lawn flanked by beds spilling with rustling dune grasses and bobbling agapanthus heads. As the light starts to fade, throw some logs on the firepit and toast marshmallows as you share tales of the day gone by.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, Juliet balcony, sofa, three chests of drawers, TV and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has twin beds and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom three has a double bed, wardrobe and chair.
- Bedroom four has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, armchair, doors to patio and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom five has bunk beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks.

- Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, radio, coffee machine (please bring capsules) and doors to balcony.

Accessibility
There is parking on stone chippings outside the property. There is a small step up to the front door. Inside, bedrooms two to four, the family bathroom, utility room and wet room are located on the ground floor. There is one step from bedroom four down to the patio through the French doors. The master bedroom is located up a separate flight of stairs from the utility area.
