Kate Cottage is located in a picture-perfect setting on the banks of the Camel Estuary, within the grounds of the private Cant Farm estate.

Kate Cottage is nestled within a peaceful private estate on the banks of the Camel Estuary, just five minutes from Rock and ten from Polzeath.

The Cant Farm estate has extensive grounds that include private woodland, tennis courts and green lawns sweeping down to the water. Positioned like an eagle's nest for incredible views, Kate Cottage gazes out across the water and towards the Camel Trail on the other side of the estuary.

Cant Farm is located off the beaten track and down its own private driveway, meaning you're sure to have a peaceful holiday. Despite being tucked away, it's close to a fantastic selection of golden sandy beaches, an array of quality restaurants and all the local amenities you'll need.

When you get tired of playing your friends and family at tennis, there are a host of activities within easy reach. The world-class golf course of St Enodoc is minutes away, and from Rock you can learn to sail and water ski. If surfing is more your thing, the popular Polzeath Beach is just a 10-minute drive away and has plenty of surf schools to choose from.

In the beautiful market town of Wadebride (10 minutes away), you can browse a selection of independent shops, enjoy a coffee or laid-back lunch, and take in the estuary views. Here you can hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail to Padstow for Rick Stein's fish and chips, or head in the opposite direction for wine tasting at the famous Camel Valley Vineyard.
