Ambrose is set in a tranquil position within Polzeath's 'little sister', New Polzeath. Enjoy easy access to beautiful beaches while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Polzeath. Here you can choose from a family beach day out at the secluded Baby Bay or a day in the surf at Polzeath Beach. Both are just minutes away by foot so you can leave the car at home.

Polzeath is a fantastic family-friendly beach, patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months. You can enjoy a classic beach day out here with buckets and spades, ice-creams and plenty of water to paddle in. If you want to experience the fantastic surf conditions, there are a collection of quality surf schools based on the beach, offering both lessons and equipment hire.

Just ten minutes away by car, you'll find the estuary-side village of Rock. Here you can enjoy the long sandy beach and a fantastic collection of restaurants and shops. For a more active day, try a sailing or water skiing lesson at the sailing club. You can also catch the ferry across to the popular harbour town of Padstow from Rock Beach.

Ambrose is conveniently located close to a network of spectacular coast paths. Those who enjoy walking and exploring will be spoilt for choice. Right on your doorstep you can discover breathtaking views and watch the sunset from the top of Pentire Point or The Rumps.
