Set out with surfboard under arm for a day amongst Polzeath’s famous white rollers. After a day of sand, sea and surf, return home, prop your board up in the surf rack outside and unwind amongst the soothing bubbles of the jacuzzi bath in the family bathroom.
As night falls, tiptoe upstairs to the mezzanine where you’ll find the master bedroom. Tumble into crisp white linens and enjoy the views across the rolling countryside until the stars light up the night sky. On rainy days, a cosy window seat provides the perfect spot to curl up with your favourite novel.
Discover the second bedroom on the ground floor complete with wonderful built-in bunk beds. Little ones will delight in choosing either the top or bottom bunk. Fitted with small doubles, there's plenty of space for teenagers or adults too. With an en-suite, there'll be no queues for the shower in the morning.

Accessibility
The allocated parking space for Sunrise is directly outside the property on hard standing. Additional parking is available on hard standing in the recreation field. The ground floor has the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, family bathroom and bedroom two. There is one step up from the hallway into the living area and one step down from the living area to the patio doors. You'll find the master bedroom up a flight of stairs on the mezzanine level (situated above the living room).
