The house is nestled in the side of a valley, just off the main road running through Polzeath. It's far enough back for you to enjoy some quiet time but close enough to the amenities for total convenience (so not a minute of your precious beach time is wasted in travelling). In fact, the only thing separating you from the beach is 1.5 acres of communal landscaped gardens, woodland and a private path.
Beachside living is right on your doorstep with several high quality surf schools based on the beach, as well as companies offering kayaking, coasteering, wild swimming and boat trips. You're only a short walk from three of the county's best beaches and close enough to Rock to enjoy sailing and water sports – as well as the fantastic restaurants.
For a cold drink with a view or a wholesome pub meal head up to the popular Oyster Catcher pub, just moments away. Here you can unwind with a game of pool or soak up the atmosphere when a sports match is showing.
Sample some delicious local produce at the trendy Surfside restaurant and bar which can be found right on the beach. For a real treat, try their famous surf and turf with fresh, locally caught lobster, flat iron steak on a bed of samphire.
