Seahouse is tucked away in the tranquil cul-de-sac of Trenant. Set above the hustle and bustle of central Polzeath, here you can enjoy peace and quiet while only minutes away from the beach.

Whether you fancy an early morning surf, a coastal walk or lunch with a view, all are within easy reach at Seahouse. Simply take the private lane that winds down to Polzeath Beach and the South West Coast Path. Enjoy a classic family beach day or explore the coastline towards Daymer Bay and Rock to one side or Pentire Point and The Rumps to the other.

There’s plenty close by to keep the family entertained. At Seahouse you're just minutes from The Point at Polzeath, which has a whole host of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a golf course and a restaurant. Take a day trip down the road to Rock where you can go sailing, catch the ferry to Padstow or explore the beach and dunes. Just a 10-15-minute drive away is the historic fishing village of Port Isaac, where you can explore the narrow streets and pretty harbour.

Walk to the beach

The beach is an easy five-minute walk from Seahouse. There’s a quiet, private lane on the corner that leads all the way down to the soft sands of Polzeath Beach.

The layout is great for a group booking and was nice to have the games room with TV when you wanted your own space. Lovely garden and interior. Also great having the back gate for a shorter walk to and from the beach which was much appreciated when you are in wet and cold wetsuits carrying boards.

We have just had the most fabulous week in Seahouse in Polzeath. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Fabulous house with a lovely beach vibe and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Many of us are frequent visitors to Cornwall but not to this area. We thoroughly enjoyed Polzeath and the surrounding area and will definitely look to return and wouldn’t hesitate to use Latitude 50 again.
